Home audio & video: What flat panel brand has the best speakers and sound?

The world of speaker makers has at least 400 brands, far

more than brands of HDTVs. Don't count on the TV maker to provide good sound. That said, I am more attuned to speaker makers but don't have a ready list of those who are particularly adept at providing the rather flat, neat speaker setup to enhance your experience.

As always, what we need is or you to post back with your realistic budget so we can focus on some pertinent solutions. Money always counts. We always like to hear higher numbers rather than naive ideas of four hundred bucks to create a so called fine setup for the solution. After plunging the realtively big bucks for the TV, often buyers then are strapped for enough money to add on very pleasing sound.

In the meantime, one of my favorite brands, B&W (Bowers & Wilkins) is above average cost but because they are the most succssful of the higher end makers. Check their website for starters. They are well distributed so you probably can find a dealer.
