Mp3 Player Ampliphier Output Rating
by iangler - 1/6/08 9:15 AMI was just noticing the Cowon IAudio7 has 52mW. Im not having any success finding specs on other players. My question is, is the iaudio7 the most powerfull player?

I've owned ipods and they get LOUD and the D2 is loud as all heck. The Sony NWZ-S610 & A810 series are both rated at 5mw per channel but through headphones they are VERY loud also (read somewhere that the rated power is not the true rating as they understate what the output really is). The iAudio and Sony players also have more of a high-quality sound to them.
