Today I decided to clean my computers by opening them up and blowing the dust out of them with my compressor. I did it to one and it was ok afterwords, the second one was a different story. Once I plugged it all back and turned it on, it said "OS cannot be found". I couldn't do anything from there.
The system I am running is an HP Pavillion, it is and AMD Athlon with Windows Me and 128mb RAM. I have been using Windows XP for a while now as I have upgraded.
Any help would be appreciated.
The computer was working just fine before the cleaning.
Check your connections, as you may have inadvertently caused one of them to come loose. Press down firmly, but not too hard, on all the cable connections. Particularly the IDE ribbon cables.
I'll try that thanks.
