I am interested in making my own website with a blog, and where people send in their photos and they can be posted to my site. I find all this technical stuff hard since I am an amateur. I am interested in- Interspire, but just read- why pay, when it can be found on the web free. Please advise. ty.
Wordpress and Blogger

Hey Lamapa516 (I'm not asking),
Check out Wordpress.com or Blogger.com. Both offer free blogging solutions that let you host a pretty large amount of content (images included) without paying for anything. You'll probably have an easier time with Blogger, as it's got a slightly more staffed support system that's backed by Google.
My advice to you is to set up a Gmail account that people can send photos to, and then you can simply repost them on your own. Automating that process is a little tricky.
