Hi,
Help guys!!!
I have to install Xp in my Toshiba laptop. The problem is my hard disk is not supporting Xp installation directly. The laptop came with vista pre-installed.Its like you have to install the driver for it. But the driver has to be installed through only the external floppy drive at the time of installation of the xp(During the booting via the cd when asked to press F6) .
My is there any software to do the above task without the help of a floppy drive?
all suggestions are welcome!!!

It's well covered here with many models, BIOS settings, etc.
I had this exact problem with my new XPS system. After 2 months of Vista problems i finally went back to XP. There is a program called nlite that will allow you to create a new install disk. The program basically takes a copy of your install disk and allows you do add your custom drivers to the install. Once that is done you can burn a copy of the disk and install from that copy. I too didn't have a floppy drive and this program worked out really well.
