Free No More ... Windows Feedback Program Revised
by mwrisner - 12/12/07 3:32 PMI followed up on the story about Microsoft offering free software in return for participating in a "feedback program." As of mid-day today, Microsoft is no longer offering the free software ... but THEY ARE STILL WILLING TO INVADE YOUR PRIVACY!
So only half the offer was revoked.
If you signed up Wednesday morning, your privacy was worth about $350. If you signed up this Wednesday afternoon, your privacy ain't worth squat.
