Most Venus phones don't play music with it's phone memory

by Choanh2 - 12/6/07 7:35 PM

I'd ran an issue when I transfer music from pc to phone memory instead of SD Card, the phone refused to play. I brought 3 Venus phones at Verizon, one works and two didn't. I went back for exchange but also had the same problem with the two new. I'd called LG tech, they said I was the first one to address this problem. They said they don't have a fix for that yet and might be Verizon software. Before I go back to Verizon
again, I hope somebody can help me this.

Be careful with titles

Please be careful with how you title your posts.

That being said, I'm curious to know why you are so concerned with playing music from the phone. The LG VX8800 (Venus) is capable of supporting an 8GB microSD card. While the phone should be able to play its integrated memory, it is a non-issue given the presence of a microSD card slot.

Not really

That would be GREAT except that you CAN'T use the 8 GB of memory. See this thread. I talked to them again today and they have no solutions at this time.
