Well, for the holiday season, I am planning on upgrading from my non-supported ATI TV Wonder Pro PCI card to a Pinnacle PCTV HD Card. At this point, I am using a work around with PowerCinema since the ATI card doesn't have a Vista driver and is not compatible with the Media Center.
My question is, if anyone has done something similar, how much of a difference in performance and overall experience will I likely get through upgrading this card, and for that matter, is it worth the cost? To note, I am running on an old P4 2.4GHz and will likely not use the HD capabilities due to my hardware limitations and limited HDTV content where I live, not to mention that I am willing to not use time shifting due to my hardware also.
Why?

It appears things are not hammered out yet at Pinnacle.

Well, that'll be something to consider. I'll keep in mind to look at the policy then, though hopefully I might get lucky and get a good install.
