If you go into Display and screensavers
choose the flying objects screensaver and go into settings for htat screen saver choose "2 ribbons" for the style
>the defalt is Windows Logo
Click on preview and look!
The symbol will appear
and will look something like this

for starters the Nazi swastica arms point to the right ¬ The arms on the screensaver object point to the left.
Several nations of our native Americans used both symbols as did/do others such as the Hindu, Swedish, Danes, Arabs, Phoenicians, and a host of others including the Chinese and Egyptians and usually as a symbol of good luck. Why further someone's attempt to demonstrate "problems" where none exist?
