Outlook 2003

by kkirilaas - 3/3/04 2:37 AM

Hello, I am using Outlook 2003, and would like to create a rule which says that, if my address is, e.g. user01@host01.com, then incoming emails are to be deleted if, and only if, they are addressed to user01@host01.com as well as user02@host01.com, user03@host01.com, and so on [userXX being any possible name]. Is this possible? If so, how would it be formulated?

Sincerely,

k.a.

I don't see such a feature in that product. And in no other product either. I will share that I use MailWasher before I check my mail and with that, most of the bad stuff is dispensed with. I also add more to the block list daily.

I am considering a move to a white-list approach soon.

Need some clarification. It sounds like you want to keep any mail which is addressed to you and only to you, but want to automatically delete anything else (IE - messages in which you are one of multiple adressees). Is that right or am I missing something?
