Podcasts rule

by marksfk - 11/9/07 3:43 PM

My wish is that someday most radio and tv be offered as podcasts. The networks offer their shows as web streams, but web streams suck. The quality of a web stream is poor and jerky depended on the non-real time nature of the Internet, web streams depend on the layout of the web page and therefore are hard to find, control, manage and configure for your display.

I could do away with cable TV if the best prime time shows were offered as Podcasts. Yes I know buy the shows via iTunes, but No I want ad supported (free to me) TV. The shows are free web streams now, but need to be free Podcasts.
