This program is interfering with my gaming...It'll start up after about 5-10 minutes in-game and then lag the game if I am using any keys because the program seems to be accepting the keys as input...It's quite hard to explain really, I would just like to know what it is so I can GET RID OF IT!!

I can't seem to get the program in focus, the only way I was able to snap this screen was to alt-tab out of the game and prt-sc as fast as possible, that's the only time I can actually 'see' the program.
Can't say I [know] what particular program it is. Appearantly a drawing or image/photo editing application. I would think such should be listed in Add/Remove Programs, and accessable from a shortcut in All Programs. I would expect it could be removed from Add/Remove Programs. Or perhaps key commands can be changed or disabled from within the applications preferences, settings or some such.
Hope this is helpful.

That's MSPaint you're looking at, the only reason that is open is so I could paste the screenshot. The program in question is actually the black text input thing in the very top left corner. I've went up and down my task manager trying to isolate the problem, checked my hijackthis log, etc. and I still can't figure it out.
like a command\code window from the game itself. Is it with only one game?
all that stuff (I started to say crap, but stuff works) in the System Tray. How much stuff do you have running in the background?
Start your computer in safe mode without networking, start up the game, and when you notice it happening, get task manager up and see if you can isolate it--there will be a lot fewer programs running then, and anything foreign will be easy to spot. If it DOESN'T happen in safe mode, then you know that it's not an essential Windows app, and that it's probably some malware or something that's placed itself on your startup programs list (as it's probably not a component of Counter-Strike) which you can take off. You should run Run or Command Prompt and run the program msconfig.exe, which you can change what programs start up with Windows. There's even a box to check to hide all Microsoft programs, so you won't have to worry about unchecking something critical.
