by scottwb555 - 10/1/07 4:16 PMEvery time I try to start up WMP 11, I get the error message "Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close" and so on. I have tried to reinstall, but the error occurs then to. The specifics of the error are:
AppName: wmplayer.exe
AppVer: 11.0.5721.5145
ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 007702a0
Please, can someone help me fix it?

I don't know if that is related, but I though I'd throw that out there. I really want to get this fixed. I need my music!
