Anyone else have any difficulty with Mobipocket/Mobireader.com? I spent 55$ on a book that I can't read. I've posted my problem 3 times on their website, and it's been more than 2 weeks with no response. There seems to be no other way to communicate with them. Anyone else have similar problems? Any suggestions on how to file a formal complaint/reach mobipocket.com through another medium? I did use a credit card, so could get my money back.

I just looked at mobireader.com and it looked like a gateway site with ads on it. I looked at mobipocket.com and am thinking this is the site you are having problems with. They do list a physical address and phone number, but unfortunately it is located in France. I did look at the domain regsitration informaiton and they list martin@mobipocket.com for the technical contact.
I won't be holding my breath for a response, though!
