Please forgive me if you are a fan of Joni Mitchel. No offense intended.

Yes, it was Leo who bought the Joni Mitchell album. What? I like her too.

Well, it struck me as random. It was news to me that she had a new release. It also just caught me off guard. As you may know, her's is a name not often heard in the midwest. You guys are a music lifeline for me.
I have liked her in the past, but when I listened to the samples they were not appealing. Of course, her music shouldn't be judged by samples... pretty deep and poetic and eclectic. I need to give it a better listen -- maybe at her website.
Do you like and recommend her new release?

She is definitely bold. Interesting spin on Big Yellow Taxi. She hits me hard singing about cell-phone zombies in Bad Dreams.
She's distributed through Starbucks. Will she be one of the songs Steve Jobs said we will hear in the store and then want to buy on a new iPod touch? Any Seattle people out there tested this cool new functionality in the store? I somehow doubt it will work well at a t-Mobile Hotspot in Borders.
Why would we do this if we can buy un-DRM'd at Amazon MP3?
