Which DVD recorders will record mixed audio from mini dv?
by luciacovelli - 9/24/07 8:31 AMI was using a Sony DVD/VCR combo recorder to transfer tapes from mini dv to DVD and was able to record mixed audio from the camcorder to DVD on this machine. Unfortunately, the DVD recorder part stopped working after one year and I now have a Phillips DVD recorder, but it will not record dubbed audio from the mini dv tapes.
Sorry if I have not described this very well, but does anyone know of another DVD recorder that will allow me to make DVD's from mini dv tapes in which I have dubbed audio (stereo 2 on the camcorder)?

What kind of output connections..
