What's a TapApp? (or something called something like that)

Greetings!
Tom mentioned something called 'TapApp' or something about iPhone applications. What is this? I tried to find it but was but to no avail! Any help would be appreciated!

not TappApp.

It's an installer for third-party applications for the iPhone. It is a Mac OS X application that can be used to install Installer.app on your phone or iPT which enables you to manage your applications directly on the device.

here's the homepage: http://iphone.nullriver.com/beta/
