Incredimail and hotbar like programs for mac

Can anyone out there tell me if there is a program or add-on so i can do the same with mac mail?
(I'm not very computer savvy)

I'm receiving mail in Incredimail right now on XP in Parallels 3.0. Only thing is I'm getting an error when sending. Seems Microsoft doesn't like my ports on Mac. haha
Both are known spyware programs
