PDAs: Can anyone recommend a pocket PC?

Can anyone recommend a pocket PC?

I'm a college student and I started to feel I needed a pocket PC.
I'm looking for one that has very long life battery with good applications..
Ofcourse price is the most important thing..
I hope it doesn't go over $200..actually it'd be better if not go over $100..
I'm not quite a palm fan..so I rather prefer Microsoft OS based Pocket PC
but if my philosophy is wrong..then can you guys point me out why palm is better?

anyways if I soft things out I need a Pocket PC with:
long battery
softwares like excel, powerpoint, word
If possible wireless capability (blue tooth, Irda, 802.0.1b?)
good storage
if possible video capability
camera
Most importantly....price..as low as possible....
