Somebody help me

My System is
SP2, 512 MB of RAM, Intel Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz.

My Problem is
There's no start menu appear when I start my Windows.
Now I cannot start my PC, please anybody help me...

do you have a toolbar at all on the bottom.

Do you have auto hide enabled. Just move your mouse to the bottom of the screen and if it is enabled the toolbar will come back up. Also check the sides and top as it could have been moved.

easier method would be to hit the Windows log key on the keyboard

if it is enabled to disable it just right click on toolbar select properties and uncheck auto hide toolbar
