Then it goes into a soft reset.
This is very annoying when it is dark and I hit the wrong button and have to wait till it powers up again.
I have the phone # to palm but hear they are not very helpful. We shall see.
No answer.

Got hold of palm and it was reather easy. Go to "pref" scroll down to personal. Click buttons. Where the envelope is change to "e-mail". That simple. Mine was on "mail"

It took 4 calls to Verizon and then 3 more calls to unisure (it was a replacement phone)Then unisure said to send the phone back and they would give me a new one. I did, and the new phone did the same thing. I was pissed! A guy (Joe) at Verizon gave me the number to palm and LOL it only took 3 min to get it working. I felt kinda dumb afterwards. But the guy a palm did a great job.
