Scheduling Ad-Aware scans (free version)

I received a CNET/Download.com "Tips & Tricks" e-mail earlier today, explaining how to set-up scheduling for Ad-Aware to run an auto-scan. Well, After following the instructions, the only thing that I managed to schedule was for Ad-Aware to start up. Does anyone know how to actually schedule the SCAN itself? What am I doing wrong?
