I am constantly searching & trying out software that is free....I have been using "Filescab Free Firewall" for 2 months now and for a FREE product, it's useability, ease of understanding and performance are EXCELLENT!!! I definitely recommend it!!!!

Free firewalls

I've been using Zone Alarm free version for at least ten years (since back in Windows 95) and have never had an intrusion as far as I know. When I first installed Windows XP-Pro, the first thing I did was install Zone Alarm and disable the worthless firewall that came with Windows. In my opinion, anyone who uses anything other than Zone Alarm is just asking for trouble.
