1-http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=duplicate+emails+in+outlook+express&spell=1

2-The only thing I can advise about norton 360 is that I would not use it. I use Free AVG on all my machines.

I'll echo that

At the risk of some here branding me a Norton hater... Norton has been having real quality issues for several versions now. As far back as the 2003 release, they were having numerous issues with false positives on the virus scanner, and that has carried on to present day.

Instead of a giant "the kitchen sink is in there somewhere" sort of product, I recommend a number of smaller apps. AVG Free is an excellent free virus scanner. You can combine that with Mozilla Firefox, or Opera, which make programs like Spybot and AdAware largely unnecessary, and the simple, but effective (enough) firewall already supplied with XP (assuming you're running XP), and you've got a very potent combination. More so, IMO, than anything Norton has to offer.

Also, while I'm at it, may as well go for broke and risk someone calling me a McAfee hater... I'd advise against McAfee products. While they don't have the same false positive issues of Norton, they sap 10-25% of your total system performance just for basic operations. Running a full system scan will bring all but some of the most recent systems to their knees.

So I suppose if having solid technical reasons for dissatisfaction with particular programs, and blaming a company that repeatedly puts out programs with such serious issues, makes me a hater of the program and/or company in some people's minds... Then I guess I am a Symantec and McAfee hater. And I would like to apologize for the childish behavior of a few which forces me to waste both yours and my time like this. It's not fair to you, so we can only hope this unnamed person is appropriately ashamed of themselves, and will show more restraint in the future. Again, I apologize on behalf of this person for forcing my hand like this.
