Hotkey Keyboard

by 1999farfer - 5/9/07 9:46 AM

Everyone has been very helpful in the past, thanks.

We have Windows XP Professional, IE7, CCleaner and AdWare. For the past few days every time I tun on the computer I get the following message in a blue box with a big red "X" next to it........"Hotkey Keyboard.......access violation at address 00431627 read of address 0000000132"

I went to Microsoft's website to try and find out how to stop getting this message and to be perfectly honest with you, it was over my head. They had pages of information that I did not understand. If there is a simple answer, I would appreciate it if someone can give it to me.

Oh, the blue box keeps repeating itself on the desktop about 10 times. Eventually I ignore it and go on with what I want to do. However, I know these boxes should not be coming up and would like to correct this situation. Could not find anything on this subject in the forum.

Thanks so much for your help.
