by Ksal005 - 4/7/07 10:46 PMDoes anyone know how to send ring tones to this phone w/o having to buy them from Sprint? I've even tried using the MP3's as ring tones from the SD card and it will not allow it. My older Samsung phone allowed ring tones as it had an option to save the file to the phone.
Now a musical note appears on the upper left corner of the screen and it allows the file to be played but you can't save it. The same problem is present with Screen savers. If you don't buy them from Sprint, you can't save them to your phone.

My friend just purchased the same phone and I had to upload the ringers to her new phone.
I would recommend you to use very helpful website below for any Sprint PCS phone replated issues:

This link right above will explain you how to upload the ringers (after converting MP3 files to m4a file type). On your specific phone model, you do not need to convert to m4a, yet it will sound better if you follow above link's instruction.
