I have two questions, the first is how can I delete all the sites I visited on a partictular day (with out having to go to each on individualy) in the history page and second when I double click on the address window it shows previous visited sites how do I delete them?
Thank you
1. Just above where you typed your question, was a suggestion of information which should be included, Tip: If you are asking for help to troubleshoot a computer-related problem, please be sure to include all the necessary information (ie: operating system, model number, hardware, software, etc) that will help others identify your problem for a speedy resolution
2. Please read the MSKB article, "How to Clear the History Entries in Internet Explorer (Q157729)."
3. In addition, on the Paranoia tab of the PowerToys TweakUI utility is an option to Clear Internet Explorer history at logon which states, "Check the Clear Internet Explorer history at logon box to cause the Internet Explorer URL history to be erased each time you log on. This is a per-user setting."
the go to internet properties and delete your browsing history should do the trick.
History from previous days.
Click the TOOLS tab, Internet Options and on the first page set the days to "0" and click clear history
Click the Content Tab and click Auto complete tab, remove the checkmarks. Click the clear forms tab, click "OK" and "OK" and you won't be bothered with that again.
CCleaner does that and much more.

...you commented on Ccleaner in a previous post I joined in. I tried it! Fantastic wee app. I love the added menu item to the recycle bin, and it honestly and truly has made my computer faster, and has freed a LOT of hard drive space.
Thanks for the advice!
It depends on what internet browser you using.
In Internet Explorer 7, it is found under the Tools menu. (first item "delete browsing history")
