Windows Vista: Windows Vista Home Premium - Administrator problem.

Windows Vista Home Premium - Administrator problem.

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium OS on my computer. I am the Administrator. That's the only USER ACCOUNT that is set up on my computer. As I know, the ADMINISTRATOR is not suposed to have ANY restrictions of ANY kind... Right? That dosen't seem to apply to me. Here are the following problems I am having......

1. All the FOLDERS on my 250 GB & 30 GB hard drives are marked "Read-only".
- As Administrator, I don't think that that is right. I don't think that the directories should marked be "Read-only", when I'm practically the ony one using my computer.

2. I use "IncrediMail" as my E-Mail program. (it works in Windows Vista.)
-Even though I'm the Administrator, it says....
You need to have Administrator or Power User privileges in order to set IncrediMail as your default e-mail client. For assistance, contact your system Administrator.

3. I use "Easy Media Creator 8" for writing... CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R & DVD-RW disks.
- It said that there was an update for it. So I created a directory to save it in. Then when I went to downlaod the file into the directory that I created for it... I told me that I didn't have the permission to save the file in that directory. I wasn't allowed to save the file in any other directory, other then the one that Windows Vista wanted to save it in. Here's the strange part, SEARCH didn't find the file (update file) on the hard drive, even though I searched for the FULL file name. I had to install an 'Active X' to download the file fron the Roxio site.

4. I have a WinFast TV2000 XP (TV-Capture card) in my computer.
- It uses the "WinFast PVR" (love it!), Except for this... The "WinFast Wizard" (which allows the remote to work.) doesn't load when Windows Vista starts (desktop). So I thought that I'd put it on the desktop and load it manually. EVERY time I load it, it still asks if I trust the program. I bought the TV-Capture card on Dec 22, 2004,
and I've been using it ever since. I clicked on the "WinFast Wizard", then on properties. Then I checked the box next to
"Run as Administrator", then clicked OK. That didn't work! I sill
get asked if I trust the program.

Is there anyone who could help me solve these problems, and get back
all the rights, privileges, and permissions that I should have as an Administrator?
This is driving me crazy.
