What are your opinions on "M-Wallet" and mobile payments?
by anthonystark75 - 3/13/07 3:07 PMDo companies like www.kushcash.com and Paypal Mobile hold any interest for you? How do you see yourself using this emerging technology and why hasn't the US market caught up with the rest of the world in this regard?

US is behind everyone else in cell phone market

I wonder what the liabilities are if someone charges up thousands of dollars in charges through your cell phone. Due the laws limiting your damages to $50 in fraudulent charges from a credit card apply in that scenerio?
