can't start Yahoo messenger nor MSN
by eulali - 2/8/07 12:05 PMI've been trying to log-in to YM and MSN but it says its because of my firewall. I'm using ZOneAlarm and I placed it on the trusted site already. But I still can't use it.
I'm a newbie in softwares and stuff. So I cant really do much but follow the directions of the programs. ANd now I'm stuck..

you rightclick on the Zonealarm icon and choose "Shutdown Zonealarm". Does it work then?
And what exactly does "it" say? That might help also.
And I've never seen a trusted site list in Zonealarm. Can you explain in more detail?
If you go to the Programs tab in the Programs Control section of the Zonealarm control program, what does it say in the right 4 columns about YM and MSN?
