Am I the only person that has had a change with the feed for the podcast? It use to show in intunes as "Buzz out loud" (album title), thus was always first on my list. Now it is showing as "CNET.com". I also went to iTunes and it was listing as "Buzz Out Loud", but the most recent episode was yesterdays, not today's that I have in my iTunes download list.
what changed. will look.

V. I compared a backup of the XML from 2007-01-23 and XML as of today (2007-02-03). Change at line 32 caused change in iTunes podcast name.
2007-01-23:
<itunes:owner>
<itunes:name>CNET.com</itunes:name>
</itunes:owner>
2007-02-03:
<itunes:name>CNET.com</itunes:name>
<itunes:owner>
</itunes:owner>
Previous version caused itunes:name to be masked.
I'll change it on monday, we'll see what that does. Thanks!
That is weird. The title of the podcast should be taken from the <title> element of the RSS channel and not from the <itunes:name> element. I guess if <itunes:name> is not enclosed in the <itunes:owner> elements it uses it for the podcast name. Weird.
Enclosing the <itunes:name> element back in the <itunes:owner> element should fix the problem since this is how the iTunes RSS tag specification says it is supposed to be.
I think what you want is
<itunes:owner>CNET.com</itunes:owner>
itunes:name overrides <channel><title> in iTunes but NOT in Juice and other clients.
"<itunes:owner>
This tag contains information that will be used to contact the owner of the podcast for communication specifically about their podcast. It will not be publicly displayed.
Put the email address of the owner in a nested <itunes:email>element.
Put the name of the owner in a nested <itunes:name>element."

The original format is to spec. The behavior of <channel><itunes:name> is undocumented but real. Either a bug or a feature.
I noticed it too when browsing podcasts on Front Row.. Some episodes are lacking in album art as well.
I sent an email to buzz@cnet.com last night, so hopefully theyv caught it and fixed it.
I noticed it too, and also thought it was odd.
At first I thought I had accidentally deleted Buzz Out Loud, but then I realized that under CNET TV it said CNET.com and that turned out to be Buzz Out Loud. I was initially annoyed, but once I knew where to look for it, I figured there must be some reason they changed it.
It's now the CNET.com podcast and each episode is titled "Buzzcast {date}-{title}".
Through me for a loop the other night when I scrolled the iPod and looked for Buzz Out Loud and couldn't find it.
I swear. I haven't changed anything, at least to my knowledge! I even went back and looked at old ID3 info from podcasts before the change, and I don't see a difference. Let me know if it persists.
I noticed in my itunes feed it now says CNET.com as well. Still like that today
