You've got a configuration issue with your DSL modem/router, or your Windows TCP/IP settings. If neither browser works, you have to look at what they have in common, which is your Windows TCP/IP settings, and DSL modem/router configuration.

You also appear to have a keyboard with a stuck caps lock key. You really should get that fixed.

It's the isp responsibility to get it working for you. That's the thing I like about Verizon. I just run there disk and it tells exactly what to do. They install the system or you do it yourself?

More Information Please...

The more information you give us about your computer and the internet setup, the better we can answer your questions... Are you using a router with your connection or just the modem from AT&T? How do you have it connected? (USB or ethernet?) How long have you had your current setup and did your system work before? Which operating system are you using?

In the meantime, please try the steps below:

1. On a computer which has internet capability, please download the WinsockXPfix utility from the link below, burn it to a floppy disk or CD, then transfer it to the "bad" computer and run the utility.

http://www.iup.edu/house/resnet/winfix.shtm

2. Visit the manufacturer's website for your router/modem and download, then install the most recent firmware updates for your hardware.

Hope this helps and let us know more.

Grif
