Best PC Gamepad?

i'm looking to buy a pc gamepad. im looking for something relatively cheap; and wireless is not a priority. i'm looking for one that would work well with first person shooters and also GTA style games. force feedback would be nice, but not essential if it costs too much more. something in the range of $30 CDN
