I'm viewing from behind a firewall, if that matters, although other sites seem to work just fine, including the Flash Player download. I just upgraded the latest 9.x version today (from an 8.x version I had already), but nothing works. The video I'm viewing never starts--it says "Now Playing: Advertisement" but I have nothing but a black screen.
I do see flash content on other sites just fine. Could it be something on your end, or maybe content / port blocking on my end????
Thanks!
Speleo.
I just loaded up Cnet TV and a couple video product reviews and everything went smoothly with me running Adobe Flash Player 9, and upgrade from v8, so it's most likely on your end. My main question is what browser you are running...Internet Explorer 7 for one seems to be having a lot of problems in this department so it may be a browser incompatibility/bug. (Firefox 2.0 and Opera 9.0 work perfectly, so be sure to try them.) Aside from that, let us know what operating system you are running as what firewall(s) you are behind.

work well on CNET TV behind a D-Link Router with Firewall.
P
work fine with Internet Explorer 7
Also works fine with Mozilla Firefox.
If using extention NoScript, you must allow cnet.com and i.com.com to be able to view video.
These videos use Flash Player and JavaScript.
