My turn to RANT
by CrazyBare - 10/17/06 4:07 PMSMOKERS who think they're keeping their car clean by flicking their ashes (and then Butts) out the windows.. Aren't you supposed to have 2 hands on the wheel? There is no way they have control in an emergency with the 'all precious ***' between their fingers.
Cell phone users (here anyway) have Hands free functions. Smokers have no such option.
Talking on a cell phone is no more distracting than chatting with a passenger in the car.
