Since Kelly mentioned in a recent Gadgettes episode that she wants a camera phone that doesn't suck. I'd suggest going for the Sony Ericsson K800i or the recently released (at least here in Europe) Nokia N73 or Samsung's D900, all of which are 3 megapixel camera phones. Each produce spectacular photos for mobile cameras.
GSMArena just recently did a review of all three phones and how their picture quality measures against each other (http://www.gsmarena.com/n73_d900_k800_photo-review-102.php).
If camera phones are what you're looking for, K800i is definitely worth checking out.
The D900 produces superb image quality. The downside is the fact that it takes almost two seconds to capture an image because of this smart auto-focus feature they have.
