I tried unistalling all usb ports on safe mode and then reinstalled them but it didnt work. and the thing is that it recognizes usb cables. please help me!?!
Such as make/model and what motherboard drivers you installed.
Also what OS and if TWEAKUI has any drive letters hidden.
Finally the big test. Does the memory key work on other machines?

intel D815EEA motherboard with 2 usb ports plus a 2.0 belkin hub, windows xp media center eddition.
Does the key work elsewhere. If not, no reason to fix your machine.

Have your checked to see if there is a drive letter conflict?
95% of the time I have seen this happen when something else is assigned the drive letter that the T-one or USB drive wants to use.
If you are running XP go into control panel/ administrative tools / computer management. Under Storage go to Disk management - in the bottom pane look for the removable disk and right click on it to choose "change drive letter" and choose a different drive letter for your pen drive.
You might have to reboot before it shows up in explorer.
