AT&T/SBC sucks
by kayto74401 - 9/18/06 12:36 PMwanting to change from dial-up to dsl for a long time now and cant, sbc says im too far out to get it but heres the catch less than 100 yards away the people in the apartment complex behind me can get it, the apartment complex to the north of me less than 100 yards can also get service, but my little neighbor hood cant , for over a year and a half ive had to deal with this, and cable is too high
That's correct -They do suck.....

Their tech support said that if my modem is broken, then it is up to me to replace it. That's funny, I have to pay extra for the privledge of receiving a bill every month....COX CABLE, here I come!

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER CONTACT AT&T/SBC CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT FOR ANY REASON AT ALL EVER.
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM TAKE YOUR PHONE/PC etc & JUST THROW IT AWAY, I ASURE YOU THAT EVEN THOUGH THIS MAY SOUND LIKE A DRASTIC MOVE YOU WILL THANK ME. IF YOU IGNORE THIS ADVICE YOU WILL SOON FIND YOURSELF TURNING INTO YOUR OWN PERSONAL INCREDIBLE HULK, AFTER ONLY A FEW MINUTES TALKING TO ANYONE FROM SBC YOU WILL HAVE ALREADY WISHED YOU HAD LISTENED TO ME & YOU WOULD HAVE ALREADY THOUGHT HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO HIT THE PERSON YOU ARE TALKING TO, REST ASSURED THIS IS JUST THE TOP OF A STEP DOWNWARD SPIRAL OR AGONY.
