I really like the Photo Frame Dock 2 that's compatible with the KODAK V series cameras and even comes with some of them:

Is there anything like this for other camera brands? Doesn't have to be first party, could be third party made.

Kodak is the leader in easy to use cameras and the dock is part of that program.
They are the major user of camera docks.
Casio has a few cameras that use camera docks.
Hewlett Packard had docks for some of their cameras.
I don't think any of the Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Olympus, Sony cameras use camera docks.
I don't know of any third party camera docks.
I use a $20 8-in-1 USB card reader for all of my digital cameras. That way I never have to connect a camera to the computer or load any camera software.
Just use Windows Explorer to copy the photos to your computer and use your favorite photo manipulation software to enhance your photos.

.
I like it more for the Photo Frame aspect of it than the Dock aspect. I like that I can have the camera in there showing off photos like a picture frame when it's not in use.
I don't need a dock to sync with my PC.
So the only other one is Casio... okay then.

the P-2000, which superceded the P-1000, and the P-4500.
