The Buzz Out Loud Keyboard - If I build it, Will they come
by Redhats Q - 8/22/06 2:40 PMI have a pretty good set of plans for a BOL keyboard now, and I am happy to start making some.
I am looking at key reassignment via a small LCD on the display, or maybe just some special keystroke keys or something like that .
But anyway.
2 questions:
1 Does anyone else want one ??
2. what keys do you want changed, and what to
ok, there better be a 3
3. Will the BOL crew let me make it, and if so, how much will the royalties be .... Can I pay in Bacon ???

For now a BOL button (goodbye tacky windows logo) Tom Molly and Veronica Buttons, a modified caps lock, and ANY KEY key and programmability built into the keyboard
ANd I'll try to get Tom Molly and Veronica to sign it (or at least some of them) ... at least for the spectaclefest special edition
Maybe that one could be in Cnet colors
I'm writing code, for it, and I'll try to get a mockup done as soon as possible
PS@ and USB as well as Mac Linux and Windows versions should all be options.
If you need keys changed tell me what you would like
The Caps lock wont work unless you press Shift caps lock, otherwise capslock is just another shift
Yet to decide on the tom molly and veronica buttons function(s) any ideas ???
