Hitler was a moron. Ppl put him in power. Bush is not very wise and has done some clearly arrogant things. But to say he's in charge is a joke. He does what he's told to do. As far as I'm concerned he's still accountable though.

Are you enjoying making the oil companies rich? Putting money in the Bush' pockets.

Republicans have always been for big business. That's how they are. They will do whatever they can to help the big businesses.

They are the most hypocritical of all ppl. And two-faced. They'll tell you what you want to hear to your face and then turn around and screw you in private. They won't even have the courage to confront you. They are so full of themselves. I bet they have many many mirrors in their home just for admiring themselves.

They also think too highly of themselves. They believe of themselves as extraordinary. They think if a thought pops into their heads it has to be right because they thought it.

Most of them think of themselves as moral and upright. That's their ego and ignorance talking in their heads. They think they are overly wise. At least they want to believe that about themselves. Why are they contrary? I'll tell you why they are contrary. Because they can't handle the thought that they are less than their vision or perception of themselves.

What I mean is, they are very insecure. They need to believe of themselves as above the rest. Because to think rationally and humbly about themselves might open them up to accountability. The main way they reinforce their view of themselves is by putting others down. Basically they focus outwardly, on other's problems. Condemning them for being less than the expectation of what others should be. Rather than looking soberly at themselves and being honest and true with themselves.

They have to believe they are the ones in the right. Because they wouldn't be able to stand what they put other ppl through.

The golden rule is to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

The republican's...most of them...golden rule is: Don't do unto me as I do unto you.

Nah, just putting up with some crap...

that's bugging me. I have a boss that invades ppls rights and does everything he and his imp can to get it over on everyone. He claims to be upright and moral but doesn't hesitate and quite frequently breaks the law in the name of right.

His imp is this guy that comes crying to him over anything and then the boss puts me in a vise. One example of the hypocaracy is:

The imp is friends with a person of authority. Personell records are private and nobody has the right to see them beyond the boss. The imp tells me one day that he knows what our payrolls are. I ask how he knows this...already angered at his lack of respect...he says the person of authority showed his from the boss' desk. The imp, from listening to his reasoning, thinks he did nothing wrong.

When the time comes I'm going to reason with him that he was not forced to break the law by reading those private records. He broke the law in at least two ways:

1. He read the records.

2. He didn't try to stop the first offender form reading or issuing the records.

This is just a small example.

I believe the boss has bugging devices scattered throughout the premises also.

This is a republican at work!

They act like Pharasees. They want to be praised as upright and moral leaders but all the while they are doing the devil's work.

Chose one of three responses to happiness

You have three choices that will lead to happiness about your situation. No other choices will lead to happiness. The three choices cannot be compromised, you must choose one and go all-out for it.

#1 Learn the system. Discover the way to achieve successful and lasting change from within the system and dedicate yourself to achieving this change from within the system. This will take time, courage, persistance, and inventiveness. It will also take more people than yourself. Be personable. In other words 'play the politics' in order to achieve change.

#2 Change your circumstances. Get a new job, or at least a new boss. While looking for another position pretend you are doing #3 below. Give no one any gruff. Keep your gripes to yourself. Do all what is asked of you (within legal limits).... but spend every moment preparing to find that next job.

#3 Accept your situation without reservation. Do not gripe behind the backs of people. Let your boss be your mentor. Ask him to train you how to work, how to think, what to believe.

Another thing I think is very interesting....

The boss is an island unto himself. He belongs nor answers to any church committee. He studies the bible deeply and thinks he has eternal life because of it. He thinks his deep studies and his mental capabilities wins him a right interpretation of what the bible says.

He doesn't realize the devil knows more about the bible than himself.

He has himself in a comfortable position. He doesn't have to answer to anyone in his interpretation. He can continue on thinking he is invulnerable and thinking he is wiser and stronger...mentally... than the devil. He's positive the devil can't deceive him.

Really, I'm not absolutely positive he actually believes in God. Sometimes a person, for mental and emotional comfort, will do things that seem to be moral and upright like condemning and hating abortion, homosexuality and so forth in an attempt to make themselves believe they are spiritually safe.

Rather than allowing the Holy Spirit to produce these better defined and more accurate works of love and truth they try to produce them themselves thinking because of their stance they belong to God. All the while, deep down inside their psyche they don't believe in God. And there is a certain comfort that this unbelief gives. A comfort that the devil uses because of their "moral" stance to lead them to oppress ppl.

But the ppl they oppress are the true sons of God.
