I have a hard time seeing how a laser mouse could be that much more acurate than an LED optical mouse . I have seen so many reviews stating that the laser is more precice but the laser is not reading a picture on the mouse pad but using the led or laser to orient the curser on the the screen . Why would you want to spend the extra money when your only talking pixels
I just use what works.
BTW, have you ever tried to use an optical mouse on a glass table top?
It works on more surfaces. While that may not seem a big deal I found it to be nice to have it just work since I bring one along with me as I visit on site to demo or update our software.
