IBuyPower can goto HELL

by DizzYGuY - 7/27/06 3:38 PM

I'm still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks, they told me 5-7 business days. A different company issued me a credit on a part I bought for my new pc and they issued it 2 days ago and I already got it. IBuyPower told me they issued it 7 days ago and I still dont have their credit. All IBuyPower employees are a bunch of dishonest, careless fools who lie to all their customers. I'm surprised they keep lieing to me since all that does is make me call them up everyday and annoy them which i will continue to do til my service finally concludes. I hope someone puts them out of business.

if the purchase was done on a credit card...

you can dispute all the charges. call your credit card company and tell them your story if you havent done so already.

i once got a used digital camera when i was expecting a brand new one so i disputed the charge with my credit card company and it finally got resolved. the place i bought the camera ran scared and promised me anything after that for fear of losing their ability to process credit card purchases.

i was pretty darn mad too, but i found after a while that i was the only one suffering the consequences of staying angry. nobody else cared that i was angry but me. i just did what i knew i could do to get it resolved.

i know your issue will get worked out as well.

regards,

richard

thanks for the advice, if i don't see a credit by this monday the 31st I'll do just that. These guys are dicken around with my money and the longer they take the more negative comments I will keep putting up about their company on many different forums since all I can do is surf the web on this ole piece of crap pc Im on. By mid september, hopefully so many more people will be warned of IBuyPower thanks to all my comments about em. They are truely the worst online shopping experience I have ever been through.
