In the digital camera world, any camera with a focal length less than 30mm is considered wide angle.

There are a few cameras that come with wide angle lenses:

(The lower the focal length number, the wider the angle)

Canon Pro-1, S60, S70, S80 - all 28mm
Kodak P880 24mm, V470 23mm
Fujifilm E500/E510 28mm, S9000 28mm
Nikon 5400 28mm, 8400 24mm (these may be out of production).
Olympus C-5060 27mm, C-7070 27mm, C-8080 28mm (these may be hard to find).
Panasonic LX1, FX01 - both 28mm
Sony F828 28mm, R1 24mm ($999)

The Sony H5 fitted with the 0.7 conversion lens would be 36mm x 0.7 = 25.2mm

As far as what cameras can be fitted with wide angle conversion lenses. That would be a big list.
I do not have that information.
But most of the Canon "A" series of cameras can be fitted with a wide angle conversion lens. All of the "G" series can be fitted.

35mm x 0.7 = 24.5mm

I don't know if you have seen a wide angle conversion lens but they are quite large (diameter). Most will partially block your flash.

I found this site by using Google.
I'm sure you can find others with Google.

http://www.lensmateonline.com/newsite/A620A610wide.html

This site has good coverage of the Canon products using the Lensmate adapter and Canon and other brands of lenses. This shows that the brand of the lens does make a difference.

I wish they had included the Olympus conversion lens.
It is considered the gold standard of conversion lenses. The Olympus wide angle lens is quite large (diameter).
