MP3 players: samsung z5--help pleasee!

samsung z5--help pleasee!

soo i just got a samsung yp-z5. and yeah it works fine,so
you have to charge it when you open it,so then i realized a needed a 2.0 usb port. so my dads working on that,and suddenly the samsung goes dead. im guess it needs to be charged,but then like when i hook it up to another computer[we tried 3 different computers with 2.0 ub ports] and none work,all that came up was"computer doesnt recongize device"


anyone know whats wrong???
pleas im really frusteratedd.
