Memory

I mainly use my cell phone for phone calls (obviously:), texts messaging, pictures and sending pics to friends. My LG 1400 is constantly running out of memory with only 7-8 pics, a couple in & out texts and about 3 MMS. Is there a phone in the $100 range with alot of memory that I could buy?
