I'd start shopping for a replacement. I have the m100 in the drawer for testing so I know the m105 model...

digitizer problem

I've had similar problems with my Palm V. Although may not be a permanent fix, I've had luck by completely draining the unit and letting it sit for a few days. Recharge and reset and it may work. Otherwise, it's time for a new PDA. Look at manufacturers other than Palm. Palm units are flimsy and they have not warrantee again screen damage. I've had numerous Palms and they all broke.
