Megxon S304 - Can't download Pics

Hi,

I've got a Megxon S304 Digital Camera and run Windows XP.

In order to download the pictures onto your computer, it says to hook up the camera with a USB cord and the computer will automatically detect the Removable Disk Drive.

I've used the camera before with this computer and it work just as described and did fine. Now it's not working at all.

Whenever I plug the USB cord in, it runs for a while, then the camera shuts down.

I've followed all the instructions in the manual and on the website, but to no avail.

I've tried every USB port I have, and it works in none.

If anyone can help, please do, I'm tearing my hair out!
