Upgrading to Illustrator CS2
by steverez - 5/1/06 9:40 PMI have CS suite on my computer. I bought Illustrator CS2 upgrade because that is the only one I need. During the install, a message says it doesnt recognize the Illustrator CS to upgrade. What can I do?

Does Adobe help ever answer the phone? Or is it email otherwise depending on a live contact and your help service contract?
I have never contacted Adobe except by email.
Come to think of it, never received an email back from their IT dept., ever.
Just their Anti-Piracy Department. Can you believe it? True!
