I need a good Tablet or PDA for med school and I dont know what to get. I dont want to spend a fortune, med school already takes all that. So I need to know what is good, I need Office, WiFi, and a good screen (dont want to have to replace anything). I dont want a laptop because I have had problems with them, plus I get introuble for typing (the keyboard was just to loud). I was look at Fujitsu Stylistic ST5020D because someone will give it to me new for $1200 and wanted to know if that is good or is there better. thanks.
I myself am biased towards tablet pc's. I hate them. In med school it is understandable that you want a device that you can quickly write notes with. However I still pick PDA's it's a machine that you can scribble notes down on similar to the size of a script pad, and for a med student a machine fitting into your pocket will be more beneficial. If you really want the functionality of a mobile pc, I do recommend that you go with a clamshell laptop not a tablet. You can research which laptops have a quieter keyboard, it is a feature is a few search engines.
